  • Shea Alexander, Moderator

    • Shea Alexander is a business developer fascinated with consumer behaviour and branding. He is currently engaged as a consultant with his own firm O’Neal Alexander Consulting Group Ltd. which leads its clients through growth and business development strategy. He also owns and curates the luxury experience of Sekani, a designer boutique. Prior to full self-employment, Shea had an extended tenure with the Department of Trade executing market research, policy development, economic planning, and serving as a communications liaison. He has volunteered with the OECS Youth Advisory Network and serves as a board member of the BVICCHA, as well as of the RDA where he chairs the fundraising sub-committee and sits on the executive sub-committee. He has written articles for Business BVI as well as Ingress, a digital publication of the Cyril B. Romney Tortola Pier Park. Formally, Shea has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Social Sciences from the University of York and is currently pursuing a certificate in Strategic Branding and Public Relations from UCLA. Shea is passionate about equity, innovation, and sustainable progress and believes in fostering greater equity in economic mobility through access to social capital.
