  • Jacqueline Jiang, Poet

    Jacqueline Jiang is a poet, educator, and Ph.D. student from Puerto Rico. Born and raised to Chinese parents in Puerto Rico, she has documented the incidents that arise when one questions how much others belong. Her poetry and academic work concentrate on concepts of identities, spatial relations, representation, and ancestral connections within the Chinese and Puerto Rican communities. Her first poetry chapbook Water Ripples was published with La Impresora in 2023. Previous to the chapbook’s release, she had published work in MOKO Magazine, PREE Lit, The Acentos Review, Diálogo, Intervencionxs (The Latinx Project), among others.
